Flavors
Our homemade, wonderfully moist cakes come in 5
different flavors:
Vanilla Sponge:
A French sponge cake, light and airy
with a fine golden crumb.
Rich Chocolate:
Delectably moist and rich.
Poppy seed:
Vanilla pound cake laced with
poppy seeds.
Carrot:
A delicious combination of carrots,
walnuts and cinnamon.
Hazelnut Sponge:
A light, European-style sponge cake
made with toasted hazelnuts.
Each tier may be a different type of cake with a
different filling.
Fillings
Cakes are
filled with the Apple Cellar's wonderful buttercream available in the
following flavors:
Vanilla, Chocolate, Almond, Mocha, Caramel, Raspberry, Blackberry,
Lemon, Chocolate Hazelnut, Mint, Rum or Grand Marnier.
You may choose one of these additional fillings at no extra charge:
Raspberry or Blackberry Jam, Lemon Curd or Chocolate Ganache.
Icings
Buttercream
- Icings are available in the following flavors: Vanilla, Almond, Myer's
Rum or Grand Marnier.
Chocolate Ganache

A rich and sublimely chocolate covering.
Whipped Cream

Made with fresh cream & pure vanilla.
Rolled Fondant
Rolled fondant gives your cake a smooth appearance and enhances our
wedding cake experience. Fondant maybe used to cover any cake type or
design.
